Welcome to the NOM Clan hangout; here is where the good times begin. Our origins trace back to AVS Forum. It was there that a group of PlayStation 3 owners were looking to organize a night to play Warhawk together. So began Warhawk Wednesdays, our weekly gathering for a night of gaming fun. What spawned from those nights was bigger than just a gaming session, however, and ultimately sparked a brotherhood of dot.comrades.
We are comprised mostly of home theatre enthusiasts who double as mature, casual gamers. That being said, we are still very much in touch with our inner child. We are not averse to serious and thoughtful discussion, but we often feel the need to use this forum as an outlet for our random musings. This can manifest itself as inane discussion, pictures, jokes, or memes; but through it all we strive to keep the mood positive. We are not here to attack people or put them down…unless of course they are not willing to chip in for the next beer run .
Our motto as a clan is "have fun." We do not spend our every waking moment devising schemes for online gaming domination, nor do we exhaust hours practicing to achieve a high ranking. Additionally, we only resort to cheating when absolutely unnecessary . You do not have to be one of the best to join our clan; you simply have to want to have a good time while playing.
All are welcome to our forum, as being a part of the NOM Clan is not a requirement for membership here. The only requisite—whether in gaming or participating in the forums—is to relax, enjoy yourself and have fun!
